Returns window
Unworn, unwashed merchandise in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, in line with the Consumer Protection Act.
How to start a return
Email shop@musamseleku.co.za or WhatsApp the store team with your order number. We will arrange collection or provide a return address.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of the item being received and inspected.
Exclusions
Signed and personalised items are final-sale unless faulty. Faulty items are replaced or refunded in full, including delivery.
